Light demolition and cleanup — interior, exterior, all hauled away.
Tear out the old kitchen, drop the deck, clear the shed, or strip an interior down to studs. We handle the demo, sort the debris, and leave a clean site ready for the next phase.

Do you handle the permits?
For most light demolition work in Winnipeg, permits aren't required, but we'll confirm during your site visit. For projects that do require permitting (e.g., partial structural demo), we can guide you through the City of Winnipeg process or refer a permit expediter.
Is hazardous material removal included?
We don't handle asbestos, lead, or other regulated hazardous materials directly — that work requires specialized abatement contractors. If we identify hazmat during assessment, we'll pause and connect you with a licensed abatement company before proceeding.
How is debris disposed of?
We sort and dispose of debris responsibly — metals to recycling, clean wood to mulching or reuse, and the rest to approved landfill. Disposal fees are included in the quote.
Can you do partial or selective demolition?
Yes — selective demo (removing just a kitchen, a deck, or a non-load-bearing wall) is one of our specialties. We protect surrounding areas with plastic and dust containment, and clean up thoroughly when done.
