How fast is your response time during a storm?
Contracted commercial clients are serviced on a guaranteed response window — typically within 4 hours of a storm meeting the trigger threshold. Residential service follows a planned route, usually completed within 12 hours of snowfall ending.
Do you offer seasonal contracts?
Yes. Seasonal contracts (November–March) lock in priority service, predictable pricing, and unlimited visits within the threshold. We also offer per-event service for occasional needs.
What snow accumulation triggers service?
The default trigger is 5 cm (2 inches) of accumulation, though commercial contracts can specify a lower threshold. We monitor weather actively and dispatch crews proactively.
Do you provide salt or ice melt application?
Yes — salt, ice melt, and sand application are available as add-ons or included in commercial contracts. We can also handle pre-treatment before forecasted storms.
